Hello and welcome to the Livescribe forum!  Please feel free to search the forum for an answer to your question.  If you do not find an answer to your question, you have the opportunity to post your question or issue here for assistance.  We do ask that you to follow a few guidelines.

First, choose the appropriate topic to post your question in.  If you have a question about the smartpen, please post your question in the smartpen section.  If your question is in regards to Windows LD, please post it in the windows section.  If this is done correctly, you may receive an answer to your question faster than randomly posting into any section.

Please remember to respect your fellow members by treating them with courtesy (especially if you disagree with them). Avoid the use of foul language, ‘flaming’ other forum posters, discrimination, or spam. If you choose not to follow the etiquette rules/guidelines, your posts may be edited or simply closed with warnings by the moderators. If warnings are not followed, it could lead to a permanent ban depending on the severity.

Avoid direct insults to any member of the forums. Everyone should be treated with the same degree of respect. The goal should be to share information and resources with your fellow Livescribe members while using common sense, respect, and courtesy. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Discrimination against race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or of any other kind will not be tolerated on this forum.

Users that post spam will be permanently banned without warning.

Issues that members feel are too sensitive or inappropriate should not, and will not be discussed here. If any issue is posted that the moderator/admin feels is not appropriate for this forum or if the general consensus among board members is that the topic is too sensitive, the topic will be deleted with or without explanation.
