85911 - I am having a problem downloading Livescribe Desktop. How can I download a zipped version of the installer?

If you are having a problem downloading our Livescribe Desktop software from the standard link, below is a link you can use to download and save the full Windows Livescribe Desktop installer. To download and install the software:

1. Click on the link below:

http://www.livescribe.com/downloads/support/LivescribeDesktop_Install_Win_v2.8.3.zip

2. Save the file to your Windows desktop.

3. Once saved if prompted click “Run”, or double-click the new “LivescribeDesktop_Install_Win_v#.#.#” file on your desktop.

4. If prompted click “Run” again.

5. Follow the prompts to install the software.
